Our services are provided by trained nurses, caregivers, physiotherapists, and medical support staff. Because these services are delivered in person, refunds can only be issued under specific and valid situations.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
– The assigned caregiver or nurse did not arrive for the scheduled service.
– The service was cancelled by our team due to internal issues.
– You made a payment by mistake or were charged twice.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
– If the service has already been delivered.
– If you are dissatisfied but the service was completed as promised.
– If you cancel the service less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
– If incorrect information was provided during booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a scheduled service, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this time may not be eligible for refunds, except for valid emergency reasons.
5. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the original transaction.
