4. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made on time through cash, UPI, or bank transfer.
• Advance paid for booking is non-refundable unless the cancellation meets our refund criteria.
• Additional charges may apply for night shifts, emergency service, or equipment provided.

5. Patient Responsibilities

The patient or family must:

• Provide honest and complete information about the patient’s health.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for nurses or caregivers.

6. Staff Guidelines

• Any misbehavior, verbal abuse, or unsafe environment may lead to service termination.

We provide home healthcare support, but we are not a hospital. Our services:

• Do not replace emergency medical treatment.
• Do not guarantee recovery or cure of medical conditions.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
• Last-minute cancellations may result in partial or no refund.
• Long-term booking cancellations may be subject to additional terms.

9. Liability

• We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unavoidable situations.
• We are not liable for complications arising from incorrect information provided by the family.
• We are not responsible for natural health deterioration or unavoidable medical emergencies.
